Also called “meseta central”, it is a geographic region located in the center of Costa Rica, in which the Great Metropolitan Area is located. It has the largest population in the country, with approximately 70% of the total population. Valle Central San Jose Costa Rica

También llamado meseta central, es una región geográfica ubicada en el centro de Costa Rica, en la cual se encuentra la Gran Área Metropolitana. Alberga la mayor cantidad poblacional del país, con aproximadamente el 70% del total de habitantes. San José es la capital de Costa Rica y su provincia más poblada.
